The following represents an average cost for the services listed. Since each service is designed to meet a local request, an accurate cost will be provided after your school district has contacted us for service.

Forming and implementing a dynamic educational foundation, or revitalizing an existing one.
This is a one year, highly structured project. The cost is based upon the school district using local in-kind legal assistance for processing the application. An Education Benefits consultant will take you through the entire process of forming your foundation, selecting trustees, highlighting fundraising activities and how to maximize your expenditures. A consultant will meet onsite with the Educational Foundation Trustees six or more times within the first year.
Average cost: $15,000 plus expenses

Forming and developing a vibrant and fully functioning Alumni Association.
This service consists of a one-year planning and implementation process that can yield unlimited benefits to the school system, your educational foundation and future school elections.  The process begins with an alumni member who practices law preparing the documentation to make the association a legal entity with article of incorporation and bylaws. Local businesses and alumni members will often donate the funds for this important project. Included in the process are ways to develop an alumni product line of goods, making homecoming a dynamic experience, how to write a history of your school district, how to prepare a periodic newsletter, and how to combine the benefits of the alumni association with your educational foundation. A consultant will meet with committee members four or more times within the first year, along with phone support.
Average cost: $9,000 plus expenses

One to three day on-site assistance.
This can include workshops or committee coordination to assist with referendums, millage elections, foundation revitalization forming school-community partnerships or other topics requested by the superintendent.
Average cost: $1500-$3700 plus expenses
